The 62900 patio heater produces up to 11,000 BTU's of heat and is totally self contained. Move the heater to where you want the heat! Uses a portable LP tank, same as a barbecue grill which is housed conveniently in the base of the heater. Ideal for patios, or any open-air setting.

The radiant heat produced by the 62900 will warm an area 10' in diameter. Incorporated in the 62900 is a Safety Tilt Shut-Off System which will automatically shut off the gas supply if tilted more than 18 degrees, not found on most heaters. In addition, the 62900 incorporated an Oxygen Depletion System (ODS), which will shut off the gas if oxygen levels drop below an appropriate level. Operates up to 38 hrs using a standard 20 LB. propane tank, or up to 2.6 hrs using a 1 LB propane tank.. No electrical connections needed.

The IPP-E1 and IPP-E8 Engine is used in all of Blue Rhino Uniflame's Residential grade heaters.

The IPP-E3 Engine is used in all of Blue Rhino Uniflame's commercial grade heaters. 

The IPP-E3 Engine Design is more efficient than the IPP-E1 engine due to the emitter angle and ceramic cone design inside.  The ceramic cone forces the flame close to the emitter creating the "glow" needed for these radiant heaters to work efficiently. 

Other engines do not retain heat during wind conditions and must regenerate heat when the wind dies down. The ceramic cone retains heat, which is more efficient for use in slightest of wind condition.
